What exactly does the audit cover?
Seven areas an inspector judges, grouped into three lenses: safe and well, learning that shows, led and inclusive.
How much of my team's time does it take?
One day in your rooms, plus a short discovery call. We review documents you already hold, so nothing new gets written for us.
What do I actually receive?
At tier 1a, a board-ready findings report with a readiness rating against the seven graded areas, a live debrief with your team, and an hour of online coaching for your EYFS lead. Tier 1b adds a prioritised improvement plan sequenced across the year, and detailed mapping to the EYFS, the BSO standards and ISI.
Will it stand up in front of my governors?
It is written for them. The findings report is board-ready, which is the whole point of it.
How does this relate to ISI, BSO and the EYFS?
Ofsted inspects schools in England. Overseas, you are inspected against the BSO standards or by ISI, and the 2026 thinking reads across into both. The audit is mapped to all three, in detail at tier 1b.
What does it cost?
US$5,000 for tier 1a and US$7,500 for tier 1b. A fixed fee, agreed at the discovery call and confirmed in writing before any work begins. No day rates. Fees exclude travel, which the school covers and we agree in writing before booking.
Is this right for my school?
It is built for British curriculum international schools with two or more Early Years classes.
Do I have to commit to anything afterwards?
No. The audit tells you whether you need more. If you do go on to the programme, the audit fee credits against it, capped at the tier 1a fee.
Do you work in China and across Asia?
Yes. For overseas schools the site visit pairs with existing travel.
